  1. Information about gift cards
    <p>Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation (info on the reverse of the card). Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced. The card ceases to be valid when the validity date has expired and cannot be extended.</p>

  3. Can I order products from Biltema through post order or the website?
    <p>At present we do not provide home delivery. However, with our Click &amp; Collect service, you can shop for products online which you can then pick up packed and ready at your nearest Biltema store. You can also choose to have your purchase delivered to your car by our staff.</p>
  4. Does Biltema save the frame number for bicycle purchases?
    <p>No, it is your responsibility as a customer to note down and save the frame number when buying a bicycle. Our recommendation is to write the frame number on the instructions that accompany the bicycle.</p>
