Cancel a purchase
If you want to cancel a purchase that you made online via Pay & Collect, you must notify us and clearly state which purchase it concerns.
You can visit your nearest Biltema store, and we will help you with the return on site. Bring the item and the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
If you do not visit a store, you can contact us by email, letter or phone. You can find our contact details here. You can also use our digital withdrawal form for this purpose.

Make a complaint about an item
If you believe that an item is faulty, you must notify us of the fault.
You can visit your nearest Biltema store to get help with the complaint. Bring the item and the purchase receipt, or other proof of purchase.
